The aim of this work is to evaluate what happens the spacecraft materials beyond End Life. A review external and effects space environment presented. This paper results from a continued study on material degradation, debris formation in geostationary orbit (GEO). In 20-year GEO dose profile that combines simultaneous UV, particles irradiation thermal cycling was applied set materials.
